A Tribute Crafted by Young Hearts
Jagat Taran Golden Jubilee School marked Teachers’ Day on 5 September 2026 with a vibrant Special Assembly thoughtfully conceptualised and presented by the students. Their meticulous preparation, confident participation and creative expression transformed the occasion into a heartfelt tribute to their teachers.
Through soulful shloka chanting, evocative speeches, a melodious song performance and a compelling nukkad natak, the students explored the enduring bond between teacher and learner. The street play posed a compelling question of our times—“Can AI Replace Teachers?”—and beautifully affirmed that while technology can impart information, the empathy, inspiration and human connection of a teacher remain irreplaceable.
The assembly reflected the students’ initiative, teamwork, imagination and gratitude, while resonating with Principal Mrs. Dolly Banerjee’s vision of teachers as the guiding force in shaping tomorrow. The celebration served as a graceful reminder that teachers do more than educate—they nurture minds, shape values and build the nation’s future.
