EARTH DAY 2025

Earth Day Celebration through English Speech Competition

To mark the occasion of Earth Day, an English Speech Competition was organized at our school on April 19th, 2025, with the aim of raising awareness among students about environmental conservation and sustainable living.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of classes 9th to 12th who passionately expressed their thoughts and ideas on the themes “Small steps;Big Impact ” and “Impact of increasing population on the environment “.

The competition served as a powerful platform for students to showcase their oratory skills while highlighting crucial issues such as pollution, climate change, deforestation, and the importance of adopting eco-friendly practices.

The speeches were evaluated by esteemed judges Sachin Sir and Sugandha Ma’am, who commended the participants for their insightful perspectives and confident delivery. Their valuable feedback encouraged the students to continue being vocal ambassadors for environmental protection.

Our respected Principal Ma’am Ms Sushmita Kanungo also graced the occasion, appreciating the efforts of the participants and emphasizing the importance of such initiatives in nurturing socially responsible citizens.

The event was made successful through the dedication of our student volunteers, who assisted in organizing and managing the program seamlessly.
