IT club stands to promote exposure to the field of computer technology and networking
outside of the regular curriculum. IT club @ Jagat Taran Golden Jubilee School aims to
bridge the gap between industry and academia and also to provide an environment for students
to share and extend their knowledge and hence improve their overall skills both technical

It was in the year 2009, the concern for environment and cleanliness brought together few
like-minded students to form Eco club in our school with a pledge to conserve mother Earth.
The basic purpose of our club is to make the Eco Club members aware about the present
environmental issues by involving students in various activities like cleanliness drive,
tree plantation, interaction with the underprivileged children of orphanage etc. Such
activities motivate the students to go beyond their books and prove to be useful to our
society and on the other hand inspire their colleagues, friends, family members and masses
to come forward and be eco -friendly.
The vision of our club is to generate such students who are conscious of present
environmental issues and realities around us and instil in them the determination to play a
wider role in the society.
Since 2009 the club has been organising various events and competitions like tree
plantation, cleanliness drive, nukkad natak to spread awareness, poster competition, best
out of waste competition, collage competition, kitchen garden, eco- friendly activities,
anti- cracker rally, paper bag/cloth bag distribution, shelter home visit, group discussion,
Earth Day celebration, Environment Day celebration, Labour Day celebration ,etc.
The Main motive of the Eco Club is to nurture and teach the importance of environment to
students. Living an eco-friendly lifestyle is essential for preserving the environment,
promoting sustainability, reducing our carbon footprint, and thus protecting our planet for
future generations.
An art is anything that brings the divine experience of aesthetics.Craft requires special
skills and use of special tools and techniques. Creating new things from all sorts of
materials. Activity that involves handmade things. It is a skilled work.
The purpose of art club is to provide students who have an interest in art,an opportunity to
explore art and craft forms beyond what is offered in the curriculum. It gives students the
opportunity to work individually and in groups. Students also helps in school’s board
decoration and stage decoration .
The club fosters love for English language and literature. It encourages the students to
become good orators and display their intellectual, independent thinking skills and imbibe a
sense of confidence. The Literary club is committed to tap effective communication talent
among students; club is poised to enable the talents with cutting edge. To develop and hone
the literary skills of the students, the club inspires students to develop a taste for
literature and also works in the direction of expanding their horizon of spoken and written
language. It showcases literary talents, hones linguistic skills and confidence.
The club offers a competing platform for the knowledge-hungry students. Literary clubs
organizes various competitions like poetry writing, story writing, recitation,
storytelling, elocution, extempore, essay writing, Debates , JAM, etc.
