जगत तारन गोल्डेन जुबिली स्कूल के वार्षिक खेलकूद प्रतियोगिता में बंकिम चन्द्र हाऊस ने मारी बाज़ी
जगत तारन गोल्डेन जुबिली स्कूल की वार्षिक खेलकूद प्रतियोगिता दिनांक 19.11.2023 को वाई.एम.सी.ए. स्कूल के खेल मैदान में आयोजित की गयी। प्रतियोगिता में बच्चों ने पूरे जोश के साथ अपना दम–खम दिखाया। मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के माननीय न्यायाधीश श्री विपिन चन्द्रा दीक्षित रहे। विशिष्ट अतिथियों की श्रृंख्ला में इलाहाबाद हॉकी एसोसिएशन की महासचिव श्रीमती पुष्पा श्रीवास्तव, जिला बॉस्केटबॉल संघ के वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष श्री आर.एस.बेदी, जिला फुटबॉल संघ के अध्यक्ष श्री नारायण जी गोपाल, एच.एन.बी गवर्मेन्ट पी.जी.कॉलेज के एसोसिएट प्रोफेसर एवं विभागाध्यक्ष शारीरिक शिक्षा श्री भास्कर शुक्ला, ए वाई.एम.सी.ए. स्कूल के निदेशक श्री हैरल्ड वॉटर्स एवं श्रीमती अनीता जॉर्ज, प्रधानाचार्या श्रीमती रीमा मसीह, एवं अतिथियों में अन्तर्रराष्ट्रीय शतरंज खिलाड़ी एवं पार्षद श्री आशीष द्विवेदी, जगत तारन एजुकेशन सोसॉयटी के अध्यक्ष श्री प्रदीप मुखर्जी, सचिव श्री संजीव चंदा, श्री शंकर चैटर्जी, श्री सुब्रतो सेन, आदि ने अपनी गरिमामयी उपस्थिति से कार्यक्रम की शोभा बढ़ाई। तत्पश्चात खेल मशाल प्रज्वलन की प्रथा का पालन करते हुए मुख्य अतिथि के अभिभाषण व आधिकारिक घोषणा के साथ खेलोत्सव का प्रारम्भ हुआ।
स्कूल बैंड के विद्यार्थियों ने सुरीली धुनों के साथ माननीयों को स्वागत सलामी दी तथा कदम से कदम मिलाकर आपसी कुशल संयोजन का भी परिचय दिया। स्पोर्ट्स कैप्टन द्वारा सभी प्रतिभागियों को खेल भावना का पालन करने की शपथ दिलाई गई।
कक्षा 1-2 के बच्चों ने पी.टी.ड्रिल के सुंदर संयोजन द्वारा सभी को मोहित किया। बालक वर्ग एवं बालिका वर्ग में सौ, दो सौ एवं 400 मीटर की दौड़ प्रतियोगिता, नर्सरी बच्चों की बर्स्टिंग ऑफ़ बलून्स, के.जी.के होनहारों की पिक एण्ड विन, जलेबी दौड़, हवाई रेस, मंकी रेस, नीडल एण्ड थ्रेड, कक्षा 3-5 के विद्यार्थियों की पी.टी.ड्रिल, रोलिंग द बॉल विद हॉकी स्टिक, पॉलिथिन व जंक फूड को ना प्रतियोगिता, पिरामिड निर्माण, टग ऑफ वार, मम्मी–पापा रेस, टीचर्स रेस, आदि प्रतियोगिताएँ आयोजित की गयीं। स्कूल के बच्चों का प्रदर्शन देखकर अतिथिगण एवं अभिभावक प्रसन्नचित्त दिखे व तालियों की गड़गड़ाहट के साथ प्रतिभागियों का उत्साहवर्धन करते रहे।
मुख्य अतिथि श्री विपिन चन्द्रा दीक्षित ने अपने उद्बोधन में बच्चों के खेल प्रदर्शन से अभिभूत होकर कहा कि आज के जीवन में खेलकूद स्वस्थ जीवन शैली का अभिन्न अंग हैं और अभिभाववकों को चाहिए कि बच्चों को उनकी खेल प्रतिभा को पहचानकर खेलों में प्रतिभाग करने का अवसर अवश्य दें।
जगत तारन गोल्डेन जुबिली स्कूल की प्रधानाचार्या श्रीमती सुष्मिता कानूनगो ने कहा कि हमारा विद्यालय बच्चों के बहुमुखी विकास के लिए हमेशा प्रयत्नशील रहता है इसिलिए विद्यार्थियों को शिक्षा के साथ–साथ खेल–कूद व विभिन्न कलाओं की विधिवत शिक्षा दी जाती है। उन्होंने सभी प्रतिभागियों को उनके ऊर्जावान खेल प्रदर्शन के लिए बधाई देते हुए विजयी टीम व उनके शिक्षकों को शुभकामनाएँ दीं।
मार्च पास्ट में बंकिम चन्द्र ने हाऊस प्रथम, विवेकानन्द हाऊस ने द्वितीय तथा टैगोर हाऊस ने तृतीय स्थान स्थान, थीम आधारित पिरामिड निर्माण में बंकिम चन्द्र हाऊस ने प्रथम, टैगोर हाऊस ने द्वितीय तथा सुभाष हाऊस ने तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त किया। बहुप्रतीक्षित टग ऑफ वार में सुभाष हाऊस विजयी रहा।
खेल की सभी प्रतियोगिताओं में अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन करते हुए बंकिम चन्द्र हाऊस ने प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया। अन्य विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं के विजयी प्रतिभागियों को माननीय अतिथियों व प्रधानाचार्या द्वारा पुरस्कृत किया गया तथा प्रमाण–पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया गया तथा आगे भी निरन्तर अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन करते रहने की सीख भी दी। इस अवसर पर विद्यालय के सभी शिक्षक–शिक्षिकाएँ व कर्मचारीगण पूरी कर्मठता के साथ कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में डटे रहे।
Bankim Chandra House bags the overall winners trophy at the Jagat Taran Golden Jubilee Annual Sports Meet
The Annual Sports marking the completion of 50 years of Jagat Taran Golden Jubilee School was celebrated with great pomp and show on 19.11.2023. The mega event was held at the YMCA playground in which all participants showcased their sportsman spirit by giving their best shot and bringing laurels to their respective houses and the school.
Justice Vipin Chandra Dixit graced the occasion as the Chief Guest for the day. The event was also elaborately decorated with the presence of the Guests of Honour – Mrs. Pushpa Srivastava (General Secretary, Allahabad Hockey Association), Mr. R.S. Bedi (Vice President, District Basketball Association), Mr. Naraian Ji Gopal(President, District Football Association ), Mr. Bhaskar Shukla (Associate Professor, HOD,Physical Education,HNB Government
P.G. College), Mr. Ashish Dwivedi (National Chess Player), Mrs. Anita George (Director, Y.M.C.A School) and Mrs. Reema Masih (Principal, Y.M.C.A School).Mr. Pradeep Mukherjee (President, Jagat Taran Education Society) welcomed all the distinguished guests and spoke on how such sports meets leave a lasting impression on the minds of these young sportspersons.
The ceremony began with the lighting of the Sports Torch after which the Chief Guest officially inaugurated the Sports Meet. This was followed by the College March Past where the office bearers and the participants of various events marched smartly and gave their salute to the distinguished guests. The Sports Captain, on behalf of all the participants, took the oath to abide by the rules of the games and to uphold the spirit of true sportsmanship
The P.T. Drill by students of Class 1 to 5 mesmerized everyone in the audience. Several interesting races like Bursting of Balloons, Pick and Win, Jalebi Race, Hawaiian Race, Monkey Race, Thread the Needle race ,were held for the students of the Pre- Primary and Primary Section which entertained the guests to the core.
The Junior and Senior students participated in various other events like the 100 metres race(Boys and Girls), 200 metres race (Boys and Girls), 400 metres race (Boys), 400X100 metres relay race. The theme based Pyramid formations by the students of the four houses showed utmost precision, co-ordination and balance in the students. The much awaited event of Tug-of-War was held between the finalists Subhash house and Vivekanand house in which Subhash House emerged as the winner. In the group pyramid formation Bankim Chandra House bagged the first position, Tagore House stood second while Subhash House secured the third position. Bankim Chandra House also stood first in the March Past, while Vivekanand came second and Tagore House stood third.
Bankim Chandra House emerged as the Overall winner and bagged the winning shield.
100 mtrs races were also held for the teachers and parents which enthralled the students as well as the others sitting in the audience.
The Chief Guest addressed the gathering and stressed on the importance of sports and other co-curricular activities. He also advised them to convince their parents to let them choose fields of their choice so that they can excel in the chosen fields and bring laurels to the nation.
Mrs. Sushmita Kanungo , Principal, Jagat Taran Golden Jubilee School, rendered the Vote of Thanks and expressed her happiness at the successful accomplishment of the grand event.
