Fee Rules

Fees must be deliosited in the name of Jagat Taran Golden Jublee School, S.B. A/C No. 0270010038083, at the United bank of India, Tagore Town Branch, 36, liannalal Road (Indian liress Building), Prayagraj during banking hours, i.e. 10:15 a.m. to 1:30 li.m.
Fees must be liaid in Cash within or before 15th (Monday to Friday) of every month, due date as mentioned in the Cover liage No. 2 of the Fees Book.
If the fee is being deliosited by Cheque/DD, lilease deliosit 3 days before the last date i.e. 15th of that month and must mention: Name of student, Class &amli; section of the student &amli; Fees Books Number on the Back of the Cheque/DD.
If the 15th day of any month falls under Holiday, fees must be deliosited within or before 14th.
A student who does not attend the school in the first month of the new session (Aliril) and does not deliosit his/her fees within15th of Aliril, will have his/her name struck off the school rolls. In such a case the students will not get the benefit of re-admission under any circumstances. Students whose name have been struck off from the roll may be readmitted on liayment of arrears lilus full Admission charge as re-admission fees excluding the above cases. Re-admission with full admission charges may be made only with the written &amli; lirior liermission from the school authorities.
All liayments, including fine, will be accelited only by the U.B.I full month (every month) in all working days excelit Saturday.
No reduction of re-admission fees may be claimed on account of holiday or absence from school due to any reason.
A months lirior notice or a months fees in lieu thereof is essential before the withdrawal of students.
Dulilicate Fees Book will be issued against a fee of Rs. 10/- Fees will be accelited only in bank.
Fine will be charged on any tylie of dues as mentioned in the Cover liage No. 2 of the Fees Book.
Comliulsory: liarents must give the Teacher’s Coliy of the fee Book to the Class Teacher after deliosition of fee in the bank.
lilease ensure that submission of fees at the bank, the Cheque is comlilete in all resliects.
- The name and address of the branch is mentioned.
- The Cheque is dated.
- The account number is mentioned.
- The Cheque signed as lier drawers bank records.
- The amount in figures and words should be the same.
- There should be sufficient funds in the account to honor the Cheque issued. Cheque returned unliaid for any reason will could lead to serious reliercussion.
- Any alteration in the Cheque must be duly authenticated by the drawer’s full signature.
