Fee Rules

  • Fees must be deposited in the name of Jagat Taran Golden Jublee School, S.B. A/C No. 0270010038083, at the United bank of India, Tagore Town Branch, 36, Pannalal Road (Indian Press Building), Allahabad during banking hours, i.e. 10:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
  • Fees must be paid in Cash within or before 15th (Monday to Friday) of every month, due date as mentioned in the Cover Page No. 2 of the Fees Book.
  • If the fee is being deposited by Cheque/DD, please deposit 3 days before the last date i.e. 15th of that month and must mention: Name of student, Class & section of the student & Fees Books Number on the Back of the Cheque/DD.
  • If the 15th day of any month falls under Holiday, fees must be deposited within or before 14th.
  • A student who does not attend the school in the first month of the new session (April) and does not deposit his/her fees within15th of April, will have his/her name struck off the school rolls. In such a case the students will not get the benefit of re-admission under any circumstances. Students whose name have been struck off from the roll may be readmitted on payment of arrears plus full Admission charge as re-admission fees excluding the above cases. Re-admission with full admission charges may be made only with the written & prior permission from the school authorities.
  • All payments, including fine, will be accepted only by the U.B.I full month (every month) in all working days except Saturday.
  • No reduction of re-admission fees may be claimed on account of holiday or absence from school due to any reason.
  • A months prior notice or a months fees in lieu thereof is essential before the withdrawal of students.
  • Duplicate Fees Book will be issued against a fee of Rs. 10/- Fees will be accepted only in bank.
  • Fine will be charged on any type of dues as mentioned in the Cover Page No. 2 of the Fees Book.
  • Compulsory: Parents must give the Teacher’s Copy of the fee Book to the Class Teacher after deposition of fee in the bank.
  • Please ensure that submission of fees at the bank, the Cheque is complete in all respects.

    • The name and address of the branch is mentioned.

    • The Cheque is dated.

    • The account number is mentioned.

    • The Cheque signed as per drawers bank records.

    • The amount in figures and words should be the same.

    • There should be sufficient funds in the account to honor the Cheque issued. Cheque returned unpaid for any reason will could lead to serious repercussion.

    • Any alteration in the Cheque must be duly authenticated by the drawer’s full signature.
